The district is not allowing any teams to get in the pool today due to abnormal pH and chlorine levels. Practice will resume tomorrow unless otherwise noted.

Don’t forget to come out to our Registration Day this Saturday to fill out the mandatory USA Swimming Membership Form. Please remember to sign up your athlete(s) online and make any payments before so that when you show up on Saturday we can verify that they are on our roster and payments have been received. If your child is not on our roster/paid for and USA Swimming Membership cannot be verified on the first day of practice, your child will not be allowed in the pool until these are taken care of.
The Beland family, MACS members and owners of Mark’s Sports Bistro in American Canyon will be hosting the 3rd annual MACS Swim Team Holiday Party Tuesday December 18, 2012 from 6-8pm at their restaurant. Swimmers and siblings are encouraged to bring a fun unused swim cap for the gift exchange! If you have any questions please ask Coach Matt for answers.

MACS will be switching to the earlier winter session practice times starting Monday November 12th and will be as follows. You should also be receiving an email from Coach Matt with this information as well.
Nano: Monday through Friday 5:30-6:15pm

This is just a reminder that we will be hosting a pizza party this Thursday August 9th at 6pm at the Vintage High School pool to show our appreciation for your participation in our summer program and to get a group photo as well. We hope that you can make it out to celebrate a successful Summer 2012 session and mingle a little with other families. We will take the photo first then let everyone enjoy the food. Please check our website throughout the year for more information on our fall, winter and spring session atwww.sealsaquatics.com and we hope you continue to be involved with our team.
Additionally, please take the time to make any final payments you may owe for the summer, any athletes who wish to participate in the future will not be allowed to do so until any outstanding bills are paid. Thank you for your cooperation and hope to see you at the pool Thursday!

We are excited to teach our little Seal Pups all about water safety during their swim lessons.
They are so cute learning how to “save” their instructors!
We’ll will be hosting a one-week skills camp again from July 23-27! There will be five 2-hour sessions offered from noon to 2:00p. This is a great opportunity for our younger swimmers to refine their starts, turns and finishes to be better prepared for their swim meets. We will have in-water demonstrations, overview of rules to avoid disqualification and more. Additionally, we will be inviting our friends from the AHI swim team in AmCan to join in so you get to meet some new swimmers at the same time. This won’t be a substitute for normal practice, just an additional skill-focused activity.
